# Slippage

### **What is Slippage?**

Slippage is the difference between the **expected price** of a trade and the **actual execution price**. This can happen due to market fluctuations, especially in volatile conditions. By adjusting your **Slippage Tolerance**, you control how much price variation you are willing to accept when making a trade.

### **How to Configure Slippage in Blink Bot**

1. Go to main menu and click "Settings"
